Program Review Materials
Fort Hays State University (FHSU) has implemented a new Program Review process, beginning in Academic Year (AY) 2025. Annual checkpoints allow programs to feature their successful strategies, as well as areas for continued improvement. FHSU's new Program Review process aligns with both the Kansas Board of Regents' (KBOR) strategic plan and the Higher Learning Commission's (HLC) accreditation standards.
FHSU's comprehensive review is due to KBOR in AY 27, but internal Annual Progress Check reports are due in June 2025 (covering 2-3 checkpoints) and June 2026 (covering 2-3 additional checkpoints). The internal Annual Progress Check report, as well as the information that will be available on the IEQI dashboard, were shared with FHSU Chairs at the Academy of Academic Leadership (AAL) meeting in October 2024. Sample copies are available below for reference. The Program Review Committee is currently working on converting the Annual Progress Check report into a fillable Microsoft Form, which will be made available to departments/schools in Spring 2025.
