Biography:
Tamas has over 20 years of experience working in the private, public, and non-profit sectors. He has actively contributed to democratization in Hungary by serving in key public policy roles, including as an advisor to the Minister of Education and as an advisor to the Cabinet (Organizational Development) at the Ministry of Economy and Transport. He introduced adaptive leadership and the case-in-point method in Hungary, adapting the Harvard method of teaching leadership to the Hungarian education context. Most recently, he worked with the Kansas Leadership Center and UFM Community Learning Center, where he served as the Case Manager for a $1.5 million federal grant. Tamas's firsthand experience with authoritarianism has fueled his passion for exploring the dichotomy of authority versus leadership. His wife is Ukrainian, and they have four children.
