Welcome to the Residential Life community space reservation page. From this page you are able to reserve meeting spaces in the following buildings:
- McMindes 2R Classroom
- Heather Hall Storm Shelter
- Victor E. Village Conference Room
- Tabling in Cafeteria Lobby
- Cafeteria Small Dining Room
Reservations must be made at least three business days in advance of the event. Reservations may only be made by on-campus or campus-related organizations. When requesting time, please include set up and teardown time in your bookings. If your group is showing a movie through the on-campus movie channel, please contact RJ Schnack at (785) 628-4245 for specific details and stipulations. Reservations are not confirmed until a confirmation message is sent to the corresponding FHSU email address.
